Pura Vida!!
I journeyed far away to Costa Rica. Here are the highlights.
This is as close as I got to a sloth. Apparently there were real sloths locked up in the back.
Here you see a secret treasure map leading to a hollow tree.
This is Mt Aernal exploding while we stayed just a few hundred meters away.
A horse got in our way on the road. In fact, there were several horses on the road.
Cows were also abundant on the road.
David and I ate a lot of "typical food" while we were there. It was delicious rice, beans, eggs and plantains.
Then a dog named Taco said hello to David.

In Costa Rica, you can purchase lime flavored mayo in a pouch. Yum!

This is what the volcano looked like before it exploded.

Yay for Plastic Bling
The best part about Etsy is that it feels human.

I found this ring on sale from Plastique and bought it. In the comments section asked them to send it in a container that would fit in a mail slot (not that it would take a big box to pack a ring but you never know). Any other site would probably ignore my request. Instead, Jen wrote me back right away ensuring that she’d wrapped the ring up all snug in a tiny envelope, and it’d be in the mail tomorrow.
What a nice shop. Buy some plastic from them.
